These Terms govern your use of Rekvon AI ("Rekvon AI", "we", "us"), an invite-only voice-cloning and speech-generation service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Membership & access
Access is invite-only. Anyone may register, but an account stays pending until an administrator approves it. Approved memberships run for a fixed term (30 days by default) and must be renewed by an administrator when they lapse. We may approve, decline, renew, or decline to renew any account at our discretion.
2. Credits — prepaid & non-refundable
The service uses credits across two pools: professional (cloud) voices and cloned (local) voices. Credits are consumed per render — one credit covers up to roughly an hour of generated audio; short clips cost a fraction of a credit.
Credits and membership fees are prepaid and non-refundable, except at the administrator's sole discretion. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may expire when a membership lapses.
3. Voice consent — you must have the right to every voice you upload
You affirm that, for every voice you upload, you hold all necessary rights and have the explicit consent of the person whose voice it is (or that you are that person). We require you to confirm this consent at upload time.
Cloned audio may not be used to deceive, defraud, or impersonate anyone. You may not create audio that misrepresents a real person's statements, that is used for scams or harassment, or that is passed off as a genuine recording where doing so would mislead or harm. You are solely responsible for how you use audio you generate.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- upload voices you do not have consent or rights to use;
- generate audio intended to impersonate, deceive, defraud, or harass;
- produce content that is illegal, hateful, or that sexualises or endangers minors;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent limits of the service.
You are responsible for the scripts you submit and the audio you generate and distribute.
5. Content retention
Uploaded voice clips, scripts, and rendered audio are stored so the service can function. Rendered audio is deleted automatically after a retention window (60 days by default). Download anything you want to keep before it expires. You may request deletion of your data at any time via the contact address below.
6. Account suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion — including for breach of these Terms, suspected misuse, or non-renewal. A suspended member retains sign-in access only to view their account status and request reinstatement; other features are disabled. Suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund of credits or fees.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Generated audio may contain artefacts or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rekvon AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
