This policy explains what Rekvon AI collects, why, where it lives, and how you can have it removed. It applies to the invite-only voice-cloning service at rekvon.in.
What we store
- Account details: your email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
- Voice clips: the reference audio you upload to build a clone, plus your confirmation that you have consent to use each voice.
- Scripts: the text you submit for generation.
- Renders: the audio files the service produces for you.
- Operational records: job history, credit changes, and basic logs needed to run the service, bill credits, and detect abuse.
Where it lives
All data is stored on a single server hosted in the India region. We do not run a distributed data pipeline or sync your content to third-party analytics or advertising platforms. Cloud speech generation (the "professional voice" option) sends only the text you choose to render to our speech provider to produce that audio.
How we use it
We use your data solely to operate the service: to authenticate you, build and store your voice clones, generate and deliver audio, track credits, and keep the service secure. We do not use your voice clips or scripts to train shared models.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, voice clips, scripts, or renders to anyone. Your voices and audio are private to your account; other members cannot see or use them.
Retention & deletion
Rendered audio is deleted automatically after a retention window (60 days by default). You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing the contact address below, and we will remove it.
Cookies & tracking
We use no cookies and no third-party trackers. Your sign-in session is
kept as a token in your browser's localStorage and is sent only to our own
server to keep you signed in. Clearing your browser storage signs you out.
Security
Passwords are hashed, traffic is served over HTTPS, and access to member content is scoped to the owning account. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected here.
